Temporary Requirement to FAX Medicaid Authorization Requests

We are updating Provider Connection, suspending the ability to create/view authorizations for the Medicaid line of business. Until 12/15/23, please fax Medicaid authorization requests for DOS 1/1/24 and beyond using the authorization request forms published on the website for Group Number VP or Optima Health Medicaid members. Normal portal functionality will resume on 12/16/23.
